For health and safety reasons, SugarMarket.ca does not accept returns or exchanges for any candy or food items.

If you have any issues with your order, please visit our Contact Us page to speak with our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you have purchased a non-edible item, we have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
